The government would want the organization to follow all rules and regulations and to respect the natural environment. However, the employees would want better conditions of work and high salaries. These interest might conflict with each other and the company will have to choose a framework to decide which aims to follow and which to ignore depending on the firm’s own value network. For example, paying high salaries to worker would mean that the company’s vision of being a profitable firm would suffer.
